Gwyneth in Tom Ford: Love everything – Tom Ford, white, a cape! Super dramatic. My only issue was the low loose ponytail. I don’t get it. But overall, one of the best of the night. And her shoes were awesome too. Of course, after a red carpet showing like this, she’ll now be even more annoying.

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad: So 90s. Don’t like the cut of the shoulders. And it was cut too low. Like – ya you’re still sexy…we get it. I liked the dress she wore to the Vanity Fair after party way more.

Angelina in Atelier Versace: It’s all been said already. But man she’s beautiful. And the dress was nice. Too bad she screwed it up.

Emma Stone in Giambattista Valli: Not my favourite – on her. It was a good dress and the colour was nice and I’m also a huge fan of the bow around the neck but it’s too old for her. It looks like something a really rich fashion lady would wear to a fancy party in NY. And her lipstick wasn’t the right colour.

Michelle Williams in Louise Vuitton: A lot of people didn’t like it but I thought it was a solid choice. It’s vintage looking and totally looks like something Marilyn herself would’ve worn.

Tina Fey in Carolina Herrera: Nice! Well done Tina. Nothing too crazy but flattering and pretty. But I wasn’t sold with the big bun on the back of her head.

Jessica Chastain in Alexander McQueen: A totally beautiful, amazing dress. Love the black and gold fabric and the cut. But I think I would’ve liked it better on someone with dark hair.

Cameron Diaz in Gucci: It for sure fit her well. But it also looked like something Pamela Anderson would wear. And that’s never a good thing.

Milla Jovovich in Elie Saab: Love this dress. Love the way it fits, love the sparkly white. It was pretty and chic.

Sandra Bullock in Marchesa: What the hell happened to her face?!? It’s way too tight. Why did she do this? She’s so beautiful and cool and popular. So disappointing. The dress was OK. Not super memorable but not objectionable either.

Viola Davis in Vera Wang: The colour was pretty but the dress was off. It fit weird around the boobs. And I didn’t like the green makeup. But love her real hair. Kudos for that. Big time.

Rose Byrne in Vivienne Westwood: Love the sparkly black one shoulder dress. Love the hair cut and earrings. But she is way too thin.

Meryl in Lanvin: She’s a legend. And nice earrings.

Rooney Mara in Givenchy Haute Couture: Super dramatic. She’s seems arrogant though. I find her whole look disingenuous.

Octavia Spencer in Tadashi Shoji: Lovely. Fit her well. I think it would have been better with long sleeves though – this length cuts her arms off awkwardly.

Kristen Wiig in J. Mendel: Usually love J. Mendel. But the nude colour wasn’t great on her. It’s kind of meh.

Bérénice Bejo in Elie Saab Couture: Elie Saab is often so good on the red carpet but this wasn’t very exciting. Especially with all the choices she had. And I know this colour is really in but I think it looks like toothpaste.

Glenn Close in Zac Posen: Nice. Way to step out of the box. And love the jacket over the dress.

Penelope Cruz in Armani: Don’t like it. Way too old. And the cut’s not flattering on her shoulders. It looks like something Jessica Fletcher would have worn to a really fancy party just before someone was murdered.

Stacey girl going out with Clooney in Marchesa: Really? It’s not like she was the star of the night. Trying way too hard. And the hair was unfortunate as well. Nice colour though.

Miss Piggy in Zac Posen: Perfect! Why did no one else mention her on their lists?!

  1. LOL @ Penelope Cruz “Jessica Fletcher at a fancy party.” I did love the colour of that dress though. Like a stormy cloud.
And yeah, Miss Piggy did look like a babe!
