It was quite the show last night and the red carpet gave everybody lots to talk about (and debate) today. And I had a great time this morning talking with the lovely host Aisling Tomei on CTV Morning Live about some of the fancy (and not so fancy) looks from the red carpet last night – view the full segment here. Like last year, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler totally nailed their hosting duties, proving once again they are the best duo to host an awards show in many years. Not only did they have the audience laughing and continually wanting more, they looked great doing it. Both the ladies looked awesome on the red carpet (Tina in custom Carolina Herrera & Amy in custom Stella McCartney) and in their other various looks throughout the show. They were funny AND fancy! Let’s hope they’re invited back to host again next year.
