Last week, Power of Privé, a brand-positioning consulting agency based in Toronto, brought their unique talents and expertise to the Calgary market for the first time for a private trunk show with Montreal-based fur designer Lysa Lash. And what a pleasure it was. POP founders Vanessa Mulroney and Jane Hanrahan have incomparable experience working with global luxury brands, including introducing many of them to the Canadian market. Their prominent and sought-after events are always well received for good reason. Clearly, they do fancy well.
For their first event in Calgary, Vanessa and Jane introduced popular and talented furrier Lysa Lash to stylish Calgarians. A fourth-generation Canadian furrier, Lash is known for her incredible and luxurious pieces all meeting the highest standards and quality of the Canadian fur industry. Not only are the pieces stunning, modern and chic, each piece is one-of-a-kind – and offered at exclusive showroom prices (it doesn’t get much better than that). The private event proved to be so successful that’s we can only hope that POP comes back to Calgary again soon.
With services including private trunk shows, retailer and brand partnerships, and pop-up events and other social events, POP’s specialty is to offer clients truly unique and exclusive experiences – and they do it well. They’re well known for their attention to detail and chic taste, which is perfectly suited to the luxury brands they work with.
As a lover of all things fancy I was excited to meet Vanessa and Jane – both incredibly knowledgeable about the fashion business, charming and super stylish. Together they have combined 20 years experience in the British fashion industry before bringing that expertise to Toronto and the rest of Canada. It was also a pleasure to meet Lysa and learn about her experience in the fur industry. I considered myself a lucky dude to get to know such fashionable, smart and fancy women.
